「Staff: The staff were very friendly and polite. Upon check-in, there was an issue with our booking (we believe it was due to a technical issue between the Hotels.com and Expedia platforms). After showing our confirmation, the staff accommodated us by providing a comfortable room while they worked on the technical issues with the platform. Technical issues happens, so ensure you keep any communications and confirmations so the hotel staff can assist better -- luckily we did. We booked this hotel...
