「Clean rooms!!」

「Firstly, want to state the staff is always warm, friendly & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, but had a “foot” smell, (have noticed this on prior stays)-a deep clean of the carpets may be in order. We used a side door for convenience and just outside of it the pavement has a large, uneven gap that’s a considerable safety issue. Hopefully that can be repaired before anyone is more seriously injured. While these are maintenance issues that are easily addressed, I’d like to...

「Overall, the stay was fine; the only downside was that we stayed for four nights, yet no one ever came to tidy the room, change the towels, or replenish the amenities. There aren't many dining options in the area, and the few that do exist close early.」

「They seemed very understaffed. Shortly after we checked in, another couple came to the desk from down the hall stating that their room was not made up yet (they were checking in) and I heard the front desk clerk tell them that the hotel was full the night before and they only had three housekeepers and they were overwhelmed. In our room, the desk chair (vinyl) had a stain/substance on it. I notified the desk and they sent someone up to clean it but it wouldn’t all come off. The cleaner...

「其实酒店还是不错的，美国酒店通常的配置都有，King床很舒服，甚至还有冰箱、微波炉，很好，前台也很热情！只是第一次出国，美国酒店居然都没有拖鞋、没有可饮用的热水，而淋浴头也不能取下，稍稍感觉有些不习惯。」

「The staff was exceptional and the rooms were large. My only issue was with Expedia unfortunately. I booked through their app and one of the pictures shows a grill and says "grill/picnic area". We brought along nice steaks to throw on the grill in celebration of our anniversary. However, the grill was not for public use! Very misleading. The hotel staff tried to make it right by upgrading our room to one with a kitchen, but we turned it down. Our room was fine, just disappointed. Pool area...

「Pool was green and very salty, breakfast ran out of coffee in the dining room and main area with no replacement, had to call from the front desk for someone to check us in, parking lot was too small and we were sent down the road to find “whatever we could find”. Elevator shuddered at every floor stop, very unsettling.」

「No morning breakfast was offered as part of the stay. Was not a fan of body wash, in lieu of a bar of soap. Bed was a bit lumpy as well. Everything else was fine.」
