「The house is beautiful and clean! Our issues lied with the lack of transparency, and false advertisement…
First of all, we were downgraded house, without any compensation. Furthermore we chose this place for the amenities listed and many were not available.. we were looking forward to enjoy an evening fire, but the indoor fireplace in our villa was apparently defective so we were told we could not use it, neither the communal exterior fireplace.
