「The room was clean though didn't have heating or a kitchenette available as advertised on Expedia. Payment was in soles & not USD as advertised on Expedia which caused confusion & I had to pay more than advertised on Expedia. The staff were lovely & helpful & it was the most comfortable bed I had slept in for months. Great view from my room of the mountains & Inka site & great breakfast too. Would recommend though some things need changing on Expedia website.」

「Beautiful area, about 1-2 min walk to village center. 10 min walk to IncaRail/PeruRail. Very safe village to walk at night. Our reservation through Expedia wasn’t showing up on their system but they honored the receipt so very thankful for that. Breakfast was great, staff were very friendly and helpful. The shower was cold the first day but we moved rooms and problem was solved. 」

「Les hôtes étaient très courtois et ont répondu rapidement à nos questions et demandes. Le jardin était agréable avec ses fleurs, les colibris et la vue sur les montagnes. Le lit super confo et toujours de l'eau chaude pour la douche. Un lieu simple et parfait pour un séjour dans le village, à seulement 10 minutes à pieds de la place centrale et des restos. (en passant par les petites rues, vous éviterez les voitures sur la route de l'auberge). Il faut par contre prendre en considération le bruit...

「Nice place run by a kind and helpful couple. Close to the centre of town, but quiet. It’s not possible to drive up to the hotel by car, but it’s just a short walk. Nice view of ruins and mountains from the window. 」

「Wonderful reception…. Very friendly and helpful. This felt more authentic in comparison to other stays in Peru. We had to wake up early the following morning, before breakfast hours, and they offered an early breakfast and were overall very accommodating. The location is tucked away off of a walking route and feels like a special sanctuary on beautiful, lush grounds with lots of flowers and trees. Overall, a wonderful experience. 」

「Everything was lovely and the staff were great. I had a free day and asked what I could do nearby. I ended up having a lovely morning with Audry (member of staff) who cycled with me (hotel bicycle) to a nearby archaeological site where we had a walk around. Extra thanks to Audry for talking in English and making my stay special. 」
