「This hotel is in a quaint area of Cusco and it is walking distance to the main square and other sights. The hotel staff was amazing. Jesus and one of the chef service members (I wish I got her name) made a consorted effort to recognize my birthday with a special breakfast and this was early before my tour came. The buffet breakfast was very good and had all the trimmings of a well rounded options. I would highly recommend this hotel.」

There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too. 「Great colonial hotel in a good location. It was close enough to walk to the main square and restaurants but far enough away from them to be quiet. It has a beautiful inner courtyard with a garden. The balcony was nice for sitting to enjoy the view of the City. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. They provided a heater since it was a little cold at night. 「Great service and friendly staff. It is a noisy area so if you are a light sleeper it might not work for you. But after a day of touring I was too tired to care. The entrance doesn’t allow for cars to drive so you will have to walk from the plaza. Most taxi services we worked with helped us with our suitcases so it wasn’t too bad. Also they stop check-ins at midnight so make sure you get there before then. 」
