Super établissement ! Bien situé à 5 minutes de la place centrale. Personnel attentionné, déjeuners savoureux et chambres impeccables. Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel. L’endroit n’est pas évident à trouver car pas d’indication sur la rue, par contre le personnel se fera un plaisir de vous accueillir à la porte.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Courteous staff, clean rooms with perfect amenities and the best made-to-order breakfast made this an unforgettable experience. We have stayed at many hotels throughout the world but nowhere have the staff explained all the features and amenities this well. Pride of ownership and environmental stewardship is much appreciated.

The hotel was spotless and the place is family runned; everyone was super nice and welcoming. We spent there over a week and had no issues at all. They go above and beyond to accommodate for your tours and necessities. Johan was special nice to us.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They take great care of you and the breakfast which was included was great every morning. I was most impressed when we had to check out at 3:45am to join a trekking tour and the staff not only prepared breakfast for us to go but also included water, juice, snacks and fruit!! Not only did they far surpass our expectations with their service but the room was clean and comfortable and the location ideal with everything you need in close proximity… I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you to the staff for making our stay a pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff and accommodating to our requirements. Will definitely visit again. Room was quiet good, hot shower.. Excellent breakfast options. Hot water in the room with varieties of tea and coffee. We were greeted upon with cocoa tea to help acclimate the altitude. They stored our luggage for two days while we were visiting machu pichu.. best place with the price.
