「the lady at the front desk, Noamie (spelling?), was very helpful. She actually saved our trip to Pachupicchu! She arranged taxi to (2:30am!) and from (10pm) a bus station we had no idea. We had no idea where we were going! At end the taxi took us to the station nobody told us at the time of bokking! the staff was kind! 」

「Es un lugar increíble nos hicieron sentir en casa todo el tiempo, son muy amables, te ayudan recomendándote lugares y son muy gentiles para todo. El lugar es de fácil acceso estamos cerca de plaza de armas de donde salen todos los Tours, está muy bien ubicado. 」

「The hotel is very comfy, with nice staff and environment, the beds and toilet are all clean. There is staff standby in the front desk 24hrs, so even if we arrived the hotel late in midnight, still able to have help from the staff. The breakfast lady is very nice too.
