The main entrance is hard to spot, the sign inside the shopping center is hidden, the elevator to the lobby feels like a dark, back entrance. Staff is very helpful, super long line during check-in hour, like 8-10 people in queue, even with 3 staff working at the counter. But after check-in, everything is good and smooth."

"5-star hotel style, we have the 4-bed hotel room with plenty of space to walk around. Nice east view, you can see the Cosmo Clock and sunrise from window. Maybe we chose a family room, there is no work desk in the room, I have hard time doing work at night. There are many restaurants to choose from without leaving your building. Shopping mall, museums, Train stations, everything is walking distance. Love the morning run around the harbour. Night is beautiful!"
