「The pictures that are shown on Expedia’s website must be back from 1960 when the place was maybe new I don’t know when it was established, but I would love to post pictures of what this place looks like now it’s out in the middle of nowhere no security run down disappointed doesn’t capture my feelings had I not been with two other women I would have left the property. I barely slept four hours. My advice don’t go not to this place anyway.」

「Front desk staff was not very helpful on check in and to check out. No maps of property available and no map given with directions to Santa Fe downtown. I found a map on the on the free brochure section. I also can not believe that a resort this big has only one luggage cart at the front door.」

「There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property or the staff. The only thing I was missing was a fan noise and being able to make the room colder than 65°. Other than that everything was perfect! So quiet and clean, easy coffee maker. Feels special to stay there!」

I was pleasantly surprised that my room was cleaned each day…trash emptied, bed made, etc. The only thing challenging was the traffic noise. Lots of cars with loud engines racing down the street. I put the a/c fan on in the room as white noise and that worked well.」

「Our one bedroom suite was a great room and the value for the room was outstanding given the price paid. Front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. Bed was comfortable, lots of towels, kitchenette had everything needed to make breakfasts, the location the property was within very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and the Canyon Road art galleries. Unexpected bonus was that laundry facilities were included in the room cost and so it allowed us to do a load as we travel fairly...

Excellent restaurant on the second floor. Very friendly and helpful staff. Refreshing break from the cookie cutter hotels.」

「Lovely Southwest ambience throughout the hotel and room. One of my favorites was that there are several outside conversational areas. We choose a double room with a fireplace which was perfect to “take the chill” out of our room! We could walk to everything!」
