「Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean the cleaning staff was extremely good and cared about the motel will stay again with my daughter hopefully soon I recommend this staff and location just made a lot of good memories with my kid did the stray kids concert at wrigley field had a blast thank you to all the staff answered my questions and with a smile just a great couple of days 」

「I had a great experience at Ivy Boutique Hotel on a previous visit, but this time was a complete letdown. The heating was broken in freezing 0-degree Chicago weather, making the room unbearably cold. To make matters worse, there was no liner between the sheets, which felt unhygienic and uncomfortable. It’s clear that the quality has decreased significantly, and the attention to detail is lacking. For the price, I expected much better. Won’t be returning.」
