清潔很好、房間size很好、冷氣很好、床鋪很好、洗手間一流！如果要更上一層樓，可以留意前台職員，幾個女孩子都沒有笑容，沒有招呼，但幾位男士則很好，有笑容有禮貌。
可以的話，酒店正大堂入口，可以放置藝術品、乾花或多點燈飾就更完美！」

「This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at recently. The location is extremely convenient, and the room has a great sense of design. It has a charming French touch and feels very comfortable.
The staff are very helpful—although there’s no elevator, if you contact the hotel in advance, they’ll gladly assist with your luggage.

「因為飛機延誤一天，立即訂了這間酒店，之前住過覺得房間很好酒店很有特色，酒店設計很特別，全開放式，很有空間感。
航班延誤令我的行程很疲累，幸好這一天入住了這間酒店，也給了我一個小驚喜，upgrade了我的房間，實在太感動了，可以在大風雪中在酒店啦享受一下，房間實在太舒適了！
酒店的服務也非常好，我查詢有沒有可以溜冰的地方，他們給了我很好的資料。
唯一有一點失望的就是早餐沒之前的水準。」

「The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the tv system is Roku to screen mirror but my Netflix or Prime accounts didn’t let me screen share because they couldn’t see that it was an hotel room even though I set up the Roku system to disconnect when I check out… bottom line I couldn’t watch anything on the TV’s 」

「Everything about Boxotel was so lovely, cozy, organized, clean, an absolute delight. Nabil (not sure how to spell?), the front desk staff we interacted with most, was the most accomodating and ensured our stay was as convenient and relaxing as possible. He was truly so lovely to interact with. The rooms were equipped with kitchenware to cook, wonderful laundry machines, clean bathrooms, and really comfortable beds. No notes. The place was perfect. To top it off we sauna and steamed every day!...
