「Room was fine, but lacking in a few items. Things like the dish sponge weren’t new or clean. I had to wash all of the dishes as a few had leftover food on them. No basics like salt and pepper, shampoo or conditioner etc. Not enough towels for the length of our stay.
Pool was lovely and had a great view.
Check-in was a bit inconvenient and confusing, but this was mainly because the email from the property went to my spam inbox, so I wasn’t aware I had to give them prior notice of my arrival...

「You could tell it was cleaned just not very thoroughly. The floor was dirty, and the bathroom didn't seem very clean. Check in was easy though and good location.」

「Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments.
Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty.
There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter.
Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is...
