「This place was truly the best so much that I stayed there twice already! The staff is super nice, the breakfast is really good, and the rooms are very clean and air-conditioned well. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a smaller place to stay near everything in town」

「Overall great stay. Location is wonderful and the building is a super cool older colonial era house. Staff was very helpful and the building felt very secure. I arrived early and departed late, but was able to store my luggage in their locked storage closet. There was one odd moment though where the maid called me back into my room to give me an in-person scolding for having some spotting during the night. So light that I didn't even notice it until she pointed out the evidence on the sheet. I...

「The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The English in Cartagena is limited amongst locals, but that is no problem with broken Spanish worlds, English and gesticulations. Hotel is located in the newest part of Cartagena which is cheaper than old town, and a bit more quiet. Breakfast which is included, hardly any hotels have this service left, is also good. I would love to come back here again some time.」

「The hotel is old, no good maintenance, no hot water in the bathroom. I stayed this hotel many years ago, not bad but this time, very disappointed. I changed another hotel immediately after staying one night.」
