「The hotel was excellent—honestly, the room felt very cozy. However, for a group of five people, the sofa bed is quite uncomfortable. The service was top-notch, and the room cleaning and upkeep were of high quality. That said, the bathroom could use a bit more attention to detail. Everything was in place and fully stocked, but it lacked thorough cleaning, especially in the shower area. On the other hand, the included breakfast was outstanding and of very high quality. 「I wanted to stay close to Dahlonega, Days inn is close but I recommend you go elsewhere. On a three night stay our key- card failed 3 times. I was told not to put my card near my mobile phone...I didn't keep it near my phone. Cable went out, sending two employees into our room. Friday night parking was overwhelmed, we were told to park in back! A neglected , unlight, rocky patch that was creepy. Worst part, management takes no responsibility.」

「Not handicap friendly in any way. 2 handicap parking spots for entire property. 1at resort and one at golf area. One at resort taken up alot iof time by valet staff with cars with no placard or license plate. Lots of hills, steps. They charge extra $35 per day to use "amenities" which are down hills, steps and poorly maintained. View is beautiful but everything else needs work.」
