「This is our second stay here. The first wasn’t horrible but it was inexpensive so I couldn’t complain. My second visit was different. I booked a room that stated there was 1 king bed and slept 3. Sounded perfect for 3 of us. That detail is incorrect. The lady at the desk looked at me like I had three heads. I asked for a rollaway. Again, I got the strangest look as she said she’d see if they had one. They did, but everyone involved acted really weird. Well, the mattress was a joke and we might...

「My stay here was fine. The air conditioning worked as hard as it could in 92+ degree afternoons and it got really cold at night but thats fine. The staff were kind and accommodating. Nearby are restaurants and a Walmart and you can drive to the nearest town 10+ min for more restaurants. You pay for the quality of this Quality Inn. There are 2 floors and no elevators. The hallways and carpet feels dated and the far side of the parking lot, the pavement is all cracked. 」

「This hotel has been refurbished and is looking much better than before. Beds are comfy, suite was spacious, and our dog was welcome. Dee at the front desk was exceptional! Breakfast could use some more protein, but it was decent. Pool was a bit chilly, but clean. Lots of grass to walk my dog in with a quick exit to the back from the elevator. If you need a clean, safe, quiet place to stay with your kids and dog, you'll be pleased!」

「I paid my reservation,but when I got there midnight,they said they didn't have room available.Terrible attitude,they don't care where I can sleep.I tried many phone calls to find a room,all failed.Terrible,terrible experience.I used to have a very good impression with Hampton,now I feel disgusting.」

「I found hair in the bathtub, bathroom sink and floor. The breakfast it is very poor and the scrambled eggs was terrible. The rest was ok.」

「The room was not clean in the corners or ceiling and walls. The property was unkempt and grown up. The ice machine was broken. The hot faucet in the tub leaked constantly and when we told the housekeeper, she seemed unconcerned. The free breakfast was a joke.」

「Great experience! The staff was polite and professional. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Lots of options for breakfast. I'm happy I chose this hotel and location for an overnight stay on a road trip. Definitely recommend.」
