"The room was clean and exactly as advertised. The location was safe and convenient for us. We enjoyed the fresh coffee always ready in the lobby and the welcoming staff. We had plenty of clean towels and the housekeeping lady was so sweet to us during this stay! We did take advantage of the continental breakfast. Simple, fresh selections were offered. We stayed during an ice storm and they made sure to treat the parking lot prior to the bad weather so we didn't have any issue getting out. Most, if not all, of Helen lost power during our stay. We were without power for 1 day during our stay and our room stayed warm and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would suggest is read the description of the actual room you're booking. I meant to book a room with a tub, but I was booking last minute and didn't pay attention. I'm very hesitant about hotels in general, but this place was clean, safe, affordable, convenient, and no bugs of any kind anywhere. "

"Everything has been wonderful. From the minute we checked in, Ms Lena made sure we knew everything available and provided exceptional customer service. Ms April provided a wonderful breakfast and sweet spirit. They were very busy with the linemen and others coming in for the winter storm, but never waivered from their customer service and sweet smiles. The room was clean, the facility was clean, the pool was very nice and clean. The parking lot was well lit and we felt safe. Thank you all for the wonderful, stress-free stay.
