Even though this is a pretty old building, it is spotless. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The breakfast buffet was fresh and delicious.

When the renovations are finished, this will be a first class facility. Dangerous walking in from the lot, through a traffic lane. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was adequate.

I think a lot of rooms were people that knew eachother and it was kind of loud. Also the service elevator was a bummer just based on location

One star hotel the most

The carpet had stains and smells, The bed mattress was ols and was sitting on a wood box that was falling apart and the tub was so old it like like dirt in the middle of the tub. The came in the clean the room but never vacuum the carpet.

In desperate need of a deep clean and refreshing. Elevator broken, ice machine on 3rd floor broken, leaking toilet, worn out luggage carts, sticky floors and carpet. Bed was okay and desk attendant was friendly.
