「Service was exemplary! I elected to pay at the property. The host was kind and patient. The room and property was beautiful and well maintained. I was there for a retreat and ended up running late on the last day and the staff was so kind. They did not push us out of the room or demand that we leave earlier than we needed to. I felt truly cared for, and the experience was one that I love to have again」

「Rat droppings on the floor, smell of urine in the corner of the room , television did not work and staff brought 3 remotes and said “figure it out”. Cleaning lady had a child with her and the child was playing in the parking lot. After being in our room for about an hour we asked the front desk employee to review our complaints and that we would like to leave and receive a refund. She said only the owner could issue a refund. We packed up and left and went to another hotel . Owner Quality Inn...
