「Our room in carriage house was 61 degrees. We could not get thermstat to heat it up. We had to get blanket. Very cold to much air in your face 」

「Need cameras. My 49 Ford was hit in the handcap space .i was not told cameras on front but nit... Front lights not lit that night and front desk clerk didnt try to stop people I'm pulling into the spot that is between the two handy Scott spots or the scooters to come out and ramps there was no parking so someone pulled in between it and messed up my 49 truck that had a cover on it also during that night someone tried to break into it with no cameras it made it hard to identify what really...

「As soon as you walk in the reception area, it smells fresh and clean.The room was nicely made. My family and I had a beautiful view and could see a mountain. The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen.」
