I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). 「Such a lovely old house with TONS of antiques and interesting books on hand. The owner and her family were all delightful and have created a very comfortable place to relax while exploring North Georgia. The breakfast was delicious and big props to Melinda for using Cafe Bustelo in the coffee-maker! They also had Irish Breakfast Tea! The place was still wearing its Christmas finery and along with the 9(!) Christmas trees in the dining room there was a tree and decorations in every room. ...

「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」
