「The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten 」

「This was an incredible stay at a true bed and breakfast. The level of care and real southern hospitality was outstanding, we really felt at home. With the team of Rebecca, Deni, and Josh, you will feel so welcome. The house is very cute, with a stunning view and a beautiful porch with seating to admire it. 「Great location on the lake. My husband and I kayacked, fished, brought our pup along. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake. The owners were more than welcoming, anticipated our needs before we thought of them. 」

「The inside looked like it had been recently renovated. It was more than enough room for 8 people. The kids loved the loft! The location was great. We came in late winter/early spring and it was perfect hiking weather with the kids. The kitchen was more than large enough to make pizzas for dinner and bacon and pancakes for breakfast. I highly recommend taking their suggestion of bringing your own streaming device if you want to do movie night; they make set up very easy. We can’t wait to come...
