「I absolutely fell in love with Coastal Suites Resort! Not only was our cabin clean and cozy, but it was incredibly well decorated with tons of personal touches! When we first opened up the door, I took a video to immediately send home to my kids :-). My husband and I are so happy with our stay that we are already planning a trip back in October!」

「I booked a double-bed room with a private bathroom, but when I checked in around 10 p.m., I discovered the bathroom was shared with unknown guests in another room and, unbelievably, it had no door lock. The bathroom was terrible: the showerhead looked over 50 years old and sprayed water unpredictably, the shower area was too small for a six-foot person, and the sink inside the room drained extremely slowly. The lodge even provides earplugs because it is so noisy. Reception said no...
