"The location, convenience and cleanliness of the hotel was fantastic. I would have no issue staying again. My only negative would be the pool. The Rosen Inn International had a much more inviting pool. We considered going but found it small and not very appealing. Other than that the hotel and staff was brilliant."

"We stayed here for two nights celebrating my granddaughters 9th birthday with trips to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. First I would like to say Fabiana and Valentina are valuable assets to this hotel. They are friendly, polite, accommodating and just an all around pleasure to deal with. They were the friendliest hotel staff I’ve dealt with in a very long time. They are a definite asset to this hotel. The buffet breakfast though plentiful, needs some fine tuning. Both mornings the eggs were very watery and underdone, the potatoes were not cooked through (very hard, raw), the oatmeal was too watery. The rooms are clean. They are very small but manageable. We had to have maintenance come up because the shower wouldn’t drain. My husband had to lift the bathroom door up to get it to close. The last morning the toilet overflowed so I mentioned it on the way out. The hallway on the 7th floor lacks air conditioning so it was extremely warm and humid. All in all, it’s a nice hotel that needs some TLC. Location is great and price is good."
