"Staff was friendly and helpful. The first room I had was not very clean and I had some unruly neighbors, but the staff was quick to change my room and that room was very nice. Enjoyed my stay. Would stay again."

"Included Breakfast buffet was wonderful! Our server Gabby was fantastic! The pool was good. Disappointed with how expensive drinks at the bar were ($20 for a single Pina Colado), as well as the prices in the gift shop & sweets shops ($5 for a can of soda/tea). The customer service in the gift shop could have been better. Did NOT enjoy being accosted in the lobby by the Hilton staff trying to see us vacation stuff. Jazlyn was very nice checking when we checked in and again checked out. Also the elevators were terribly slow & the ice machine didn’t work on our floor and there was zero vending anywhere! 😬☹️"

"Rooms get cleaned every 3 days. Our room was missed but upon request at reception this was rectified. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Great location for visiting Universal - disappointed that they now charge for car parking but I guess it brings it into line with other hotels in the area."

"Great location rooms were a little small. I ended up having a view of roof and some plumbing as opposed to the city view as I was promised. Room wasn’t ready when I checked in, but they were still accommodating. Close to city walk the parking was horrible. I’ve never went to a hotel where you have to scan a QR code third-party in order to park. That was the downfall and also water bottles they give you baby bottled waters. We had three in our party and literally they only gave us two for the duration of our trip. This was a mediocre hotel. I’ve stayed at Doubletree and they always have waters and flavored coffee creamers."
