"The appearance of the lobby does not match the photo. The lobby was dingy and beaten up. The extra decorations (wood Welcome sign, floral wreath) looked junky. Elevator was dirty."

Hallway and room smelled like cigarettes, The pool area looked terrible, the lady at the front desk wasn't very welcoming and finally last but not least the breakfast! Its the main thing I look for when getting a hotel, because of the convenience. They advertise that there is a breakfast, when in fact there is not! I'm not a big complainer but, I should have picked somewhere else and will next time."
