「Staff was very welcoming. Pool was closed during height of summer. Room was clean and comfortable. Driveway was a bit steep and hard to see over at the top.」

「As with all Comfort Inns we have been to, they show their wear and tear. However, with this location, the only problem we noticed was the carpet leading to the rooms was stained in areas. Inside the room, it was clean and the mattress was ok, but, the pillows were square little ones (not a fan). Staff was friendly and the location was close to Ellijay.」

「Room was clean. However, none of the external digital locks on the doors , the swimming pool entrance or the gym entrance were working. The external doors were left wide open probably all night as the locks weren’t working, not safe. The staff said that they’ve been out of order for more than a year. At night, there was only 1 staff/person at the hotel and I had to wait for over 30 mins to get to him to get a bedding set. Clearly under staffed for the rush long weekend. The breakfast was ok....

「The beds are terrible. They are on a metal. Frame so every time you would move it sounds .like someone hitting a metal dumpster The mattress were not very comfortable and the room had an order when we arrived. Had to air out the room. We will NEVER stay here again. And whe we checked out at 7;15 am. The door to the office was locked 」

「It's an older hotel, but very well kept and always affordable! The washer and dryer work great and only cost $2.00 per machine! Anywhere else you're paying almost $4, just to start one cycle. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.」

Bed cover was frayed at edges, towels were thin and we were given only 2 towels for a 2 night stay, batteries in the TV remote were not working, heater knob for bath heat lamp was broken and heat light could not be turned on. also, they had a sound machine which is intended to play soothing music. again, no batteries and not in working condition. 「When I book a property I always go directly to the actual site to check out all aminities. The property was NOTHING like the site! We immediately asked for a refund but it was refused. Totally misleading!」

「The cabin I stayed in on willow creek drive - waterfalls and it was so beautiful and peaceful. I enjoyed my one night stay and will be booking again. Thanks for having such a nice area to have a peace mind and the hot tub was excellent. So relaxing!」
