「Everything was great as usual. I just wanted to let you know that the heating remote did not work well. We also could not find a local news/weather channel on TV. That might be nice to include instructions on how to find that, if possible. Thank you and we look forward to staying there again. 」

「Poor customer service. Signs in the room say no problem if you forgot to bring amenities available upon request. Well all they had were 2 towels in the room and didn’t have any available and was told won’t be any until the next day in the afternoon. The receptionist way of expressing that was that he was being bothered and wasn’t even thinking about going above and beyond to make a loyal customer happy. Guess washing towels is too much work now a days.」

「The room was suppose to be non smoking, the room smell like cigarette smoke, the bed was the same smell. Bath room sink, didnt drain. Went down to get hot water for coffee and it was warm . Didn't feel like the breakfast area was clean. 」

I politely asked for a set of clean sheets as I believed one of the beds had been overlooked. He said he will come change them. All three, soap, shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and looked like it hadn't been filled in a while. The ice maker was broken and looked like it had been broken for a while.
