「This was a perfectly nice room. Everything felt clean and safe. I have 2 suggestions. Providing an extra blanket would be appreciated. Guests might want to bring their own hand soap. The soap provided did not lather. The shampoo was terrific. I will stay here again.」

「We really enjoyed our stay here. The space is lovely, small, but put together in a way that feels intentional and easy — clean, quiet, and comfortable. The bed was excellent and the room has a nice little bathroom.
The neighborhood felt very safe and peaceful. We loved being able to walk to many places without worrying about parking or traffic. Parking was easy right in front of the house.

「Terrible service. The room was not cleaned for my entire 3-night stay, and the reception staff was extremely unhelpful. When I asked why my room wasn’t cleaned, they said they were short-staffed, which is not an acceptable excuse.
There were very limited supplies—barely any shampoo or towels—and after check-in, nothing was replenished. No towels, no shampoo, no conditioner. The entrance was also inconvenient, coming from the side through the parking garage, and there wasn’t even a proper...
