「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「We did not eat breakfast at the establishment. Although we knew it was available we opted to have breakfast on our own. The rooms were great! It was very comfortable and had home type feel. 」

「Overall we enjoyed our 1 night stay at Holiday Inn Express. Location was great. About 5-10 minute drive to Busch Gardens & College of William & Mary and 20 minutes to Williamsburg Premium Outlets which I highly recommend. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Only downside would be the thin walls & door. We could hear our next door neighbor with little children. 」

「The Woodspring Hotel was very clean and neat upon arrival. One thing that I appreciated as a young woman travelling alone is that the entrance into the rooms was secured by a keypad that could only be accessed by a room key. In addition, the parking lot was well lit since the entrance of the hotel was off from a fairly busy street in York County. Thank you for your professionalism and courtesy!」
