"Ignore the bad reviews. Except for one regarding elevator they’re old anyway. Found everything & everyone to be excellent. Nice lobby area and bar. Room was great. Had problem with tv & was told maintenance would gone by. I expected it to take an hour or more but guy was there within minutes. All staff was very friendly. There was a rubber band for braces under the desk but was right against edge of dresser so can see how vacuum wouldn’t have gotten it. Housekeeping should do visual check....

"Always good to stay at Hampton Inn & Suites. The service was excellent. Arrived by airport shuttle after a long international flight and was able to check in a little early. Had a great breakfast to start the morning before taking hotel shuttle back to airport. Had a great nights sleep."
