「The staff are friendly and the rooms are clean .they are also reasonably priced ..this is my preferred hotel in Benton harbor 」

「The staff is EXTREMELY nice. Always helpful, took care of our reservations when we needed to extend. The room looks great…the room smells clean and you don’t always have that when you stay at a hotel nowadays. It’s clean, the bathroom is clean and the beds are made sharply. We really appreciated that.」

「This is a really nice hotel with many of the amenities and thoughtful touches for which Marriott is known. The staff were all excellent, the lobby is perfect for small groups desiring to gather but with some privacy, and our room was very comfy. The pool and gym are also very nice. 」

「The cabin was a nice weekend getaway. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff checked on us via text to make sure we didn’t need anything (much appreciated). We would definitely book again, but for a change we would try another location (farther from home). This location was nice and convenient to South Haven (a favorite location of ours).」

「The hotel was in great order and assisted recently built or renovated. The staff was very friendly and quick to check is in. The room, a suite, was perfect for a family of four. We travel with an air mattress so it oldest can sleep on it in the extra room. The two TV's were a nice touch. The bathroom has a fan-powered vent. Unusual in this day on age. The room was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.」

There are no towels and there were drug deals and prostitution outside our door all night. The rooms are disgustingly and there was no hot water. Gross and unsafe」
