「Breakfast was lacking. Only cereal, yogurt, basic bagels and fruit. View from dining area was pretty. Restaurant was nice. 」

「Cindy was an amazing host who greeted us as soon as we got out of our car. She offered us hot chocolate and told us to meet her inside when we were ready. She was the nicest person you could ask for. Our room was great. The bed was very comfortable. It was quiet, and was in a great location with access to plenty of shops and restaurants. 「A very nice hotel. Unfortunately we were in the Victorian Room, which is on the first floor right next to the main reception area and opposite the breakfast room. It was therefore very noisy and we could not sleep, especially after 7am. Thankfully we were relocated to a quieter room after two nights there. Avoid the Victorian Room if you are a light sleeper or like to sleep in. 」

「Stay was wonderful, clean, well decorated and exactly as described. The one comment, it does get loud due to street noise. If there is a way to insulate the outside noise from people walking late at night or the cars going by. I used my sound machine app and was fine」

「I scored the property lower mainly because it is not a modern or up-to-date facility does not have an elevator and it was very very a period of the times, however was fairly cleaned and tidied very "inn" style We were there in March. The parking was free. I'm not sure how it works during busy times. I believe it was a pay for parking however the hotel May reimburse, I'm not sure of of the process. Afternoons next and tea.
