"Good location, reasonable price. Room cleaned with bed linens and towels changed every two days. There was no hand soap, the lighting was poor, there were no luggage racks for our suitcases. There is a food transfer business next door that operates in the street below the north windows that is very noisy. There are sirens from the Fire Dragons unit of the fire department on the next block."

"Contrary to several previous experiences at very expensive NYC hotels that are disappointing in many ways, 33 Hotel was an absolute - and surprising - delight. Check-in was swift, the staff go out of their way to help with everything from luggage and loads of bags to helpful guidance about the best of the local restaurants. The room was unbelievably quiet and decently sized, the beds were perfectly comfortable, and the two-sinked well appointed bathroom was a bonus. We stayed 4 nights and are glad we did!"
