"Fabulous location. We walked everywhere! Amazing staff. They were so very helpful. Gorgeous and lovely king room. The white noise feature was very helpful. I slept amazingly. Beautiful lobby with live jazz performances were a bonus. The whole stay exceeded expectations!"

"I wanted to give them a 5 star rating, but... when we checked in, the room we got was literally in the lobby area so it was very loud all night long, minus the sirens and such of NYC, which isn't anything to complain about, that's just NYC sounds... between the front desk staff talking and whistling and a young child screaming at the top of her lungs from midnight until 3am it was one of the more torturous sleeps I've had in a while. The breakfast was all processed foods, so we didn't eat it. Our room had leftover luggage in it when we arrived. The room seemed very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Try to not be on the 1st floor if you stay here would be my advise. Great places to eat and within walking distance of a lot of interesting things!"

But not having AC (only heat) in the room on a warm 75 degree March day, no cable TV (I was trying to watch ESPN - but noticed you only have ABC/CBS/NBC/FOX) and lukewarm water to shower in the AM - wasn't a great look for the $370 I paid for the single night I stayed. "
