"Sheets didn’t seem very clean, hairs in them. Although we purchased late check out we were woken up by staff banging on our doors telling us to leave. Who then bluntly apologized and left once we told them. No kettle was a disappointment. Upon check out staff were using profanities among each other and even talking about what they had found and taken from lost property… dodgy…"

"The bar could be open later and the staff at breakfast were a bit slow acknowledging we were waiting to be seated. The lobby and reception staff were excellent and very welcoming. Breakfast was superb. "

The hotel is conveniently located near Russell Square station and has a few bus stops nearby making it easy to reach all the popular spots in London. The British museum was in walking distance. It was great for what we needed while in London. "
