「The room wasn’t the cleanest, saw a few ants by the window. Living room furniture and daybed on the balcony were peeling. Water didn’t get very hot. They advertised a beach shuttle but didn’t have one which wasn’t a super big issue. However the staff was very kind and accommodating especially with driving us around on the property via cart. Another thing, they don’t really give you a comforter just a thin undersheet which was a bit weird. Good for a budget stay but I could’ve used the price that...

「Expedia showed gorgeous water views- the room was NOT as described or pictured! In the back with just a very partial view mostly from the bathroom. Amenities were sparse and basic- no paper towels,no blanket, no dryer, etc. Will be contacting Expedia when I return home-did not have option to understand this when booked- 」

「Room not ready, was brushed aside and waited two hours for room and I checked in at 5pm already enough time to have it cleaned. Finally got into room was 7pm! Garbage receptionist and old outdated hotel」

「This was the best hotel stay we have ever experienced. Upon arrival we were greeted with the friendliest reception staff. The entire week that was carried through with every staff member we encountered. Our room was very clean and daily housekeeping kept it sparkling all week. The grounds are gorgeous and the walk through the gardens to the beach took my breath every time. We are already planning our return trip next year. 」
