「Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.」

This is not the hotel for you if you like privacy. Heating up dinner three floors down is not ideal for my taste. Room was tiny and had a hard time fitting in the allotted space comfortably. 「Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...
