「Window blinds inoperable had to wait for maintenance to come and repair them small inconvenience」

「The property was quite and convenient. Housekeeping was bad. Peanuts in floor and under couch. Wrong size sheets on bed (full on queen). Ended up going to Walmart and bought our own. 15 minutes into our stay Maintenence came and took the kitchen table previous guest broke. Never brought a replacement while we were there. Lamp at end of couch was broke as well. Never got a replacement on that either. The kitchen had plenty of silverware plates cups. Plenty of towels as well.」

「We were in the 1st floor. Water leaked, bathroom was dirty and had the smell of vomit. We were asked to maintain the temperature below 70 oF, which makes the room extremely cold and you will feel like the beds are wet. Even without children, the price was too crazily high for those conditions. With the same price, you can get something better in the downtown of Niceville.」
