「I really loved it here! The lady who showed me to my room was sooo lovely kind and informing! The bed was massive!! So that was a win! Shower was great! A lot of coffee tea milk and sugars for the morning! It was pretty warm in the room but they gave you a fan! Overall win tbh Thank you! 」

「The staffs are nice. The breakfast is simple but enough and the room is clean. It takes about 10-15 minutes walk to the Hammersmith Station. The only thing could be picky is the hotel is near the Bureau of Fire, fire engines were passed the road in the midnight, it may cause some disturbance for the visitors. 」

「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...

「Located within Zone two, near underground station with easy access facilities and Bus Stop, go to Heathrow Airport conveniently by Piccadily Line without changing the underground line, three stops reach Harrods, the disavantages are small bed room, toilet seat is too high in ground floor.」

「酒店是傳統的英國住宅大廈。房間經過番新，裏面裝修新穎，十分乾淨，但不是太大，每日有人定時打掃。但浴室的花灑頭水流有些弱，不過我想應該是當地水壓問題。早餐是自助式早餐，不過不失。酒店地理位置很好，從火車站出來行5分鐘便到酒店，周圍有幾間超級市場，也有食肆餐廳，十分方便。英國酒店是沒有拖鞋提供，記住自備，不過我有兩天也是赤腳在房間走，腳底還是十分乾淨，證明了酒店的打掃很好，這間站店是值得推介的。」

The place hotel itself is very beautiful and at a great location. It has everything you would want for a getaway. Very happy to have booked with Maison and fifth. 」
