La camera era al piano seminterrato, grande ma con pochi arredi , bagno piccolo. La colazione mediocre , nessun dolce a parte piccoli croissant. Le uova non fritte . Nessun salume . Un solo tipo di salsiccia ( molto grassa ) .solo pane a cassetta .

Mostly clean, did find a hair or two in the bedsheets and towels. Rooms were a little small but we were there for one night so suited us fine. Really comfy bed, shower was excellent and the rooms had good soundproof walls. Breakfast was average, not a massive option but tasty. We enjoyed our stay, staff was really lovely. Great location. Less than 10 minute walk to two underground station. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful Victorian style building but with elevators! Front desk staff was friendly and very helpful with our luggages. Nice, quiet, upscale neighborhood yet convenient to tourist places-shopping, dining, transportation (Big Bus tour buses), Kensington Gardens, etc.Walkable distance to Paddington station & shops! Healthy breakfast menu is a plus!

The room i booked was not what i expected. It was like a dungeon. No windows, very small, dirty and dark. It was at basement level too. I asked to be moved after several hours of feeling uncomfortable. The very lind staff gave me a much better, bigger room on the 2nd floor, with a balcony. This room was cleaner and nicer, it was like i was at a different hotel. Just beware of what room you choose when you book here.

We had a twin room with really comfy beds. The air conditioning worked really well and was quiet which often isn't the case. There were free bottles of water provided in the room and biscuits for our tea/coffee. The bathroom was clean and of good quality, nice hot water in the shower and good lighting. For the price we paid I wasn't expecting such quality so felt it was excellent value for money in this location. The only problem we had on arriving at our 4th floor room was that the key card didn't work so had to go back to reception, however they were apologetic and sorted it out for us.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was tiny but well organized and clean. The location was spectacular so really, I was only in my room to sleep! The breakfast that was provided was hearty and good. I would most definitely stay at this hotel on my next trip to London.

I am staying 6 nights at the Bayswater inn hotel I enjoy every moment the staff are warm and friendly house keeping do a fantastic job getting the rooms ready overall I have no problem

The state of accommodations in London is a shame in general. People pay money for cheap renovated and bad bed, mattress etc. It's all profit to the owner who pay staff poorly and give poor sleep quality to the guests money. The bedrooms in the basement should be illegal, it smells not fresh air, there is noise from air conditioning machine outside one room. I changed room and second one had no fresh air in and smells weird. There is also a red flashing light from a smoke alarm. Too many rooms so low quality. Even at £85 a night the bed and mattress are cheap. The beds should be better even if it was 1/3rd of tge price per night.

The four star hotel rating on this hotel is a joke, I have stayed in 2 star hotels cleaner... the bed was on little stilts and moving around constantly, the floor was uneven under the carpet, bedding was stained and had tears, room generally very worn down and small, we also had what appeared to be vomit on the outside of the window... very noisy air conditioning unit outside the room, very thin walls, little dehumidifier tubs with the beads under the beds, sink too close to the toilet... plus staying on the -1 floor meant going through a dim narrow hallway which stunk of disinfectant... would not recommend which is a shame as the location is fab and the lobby area is beautiful but sadly very misleading.

Stayed one night, nice very clean room on 4th floor, it was small but enough room for us 2 as we only slept there as had lots to do in London. Good shower. Every staff member we met was very friendly. Love the location and would stay again.

For what we paid and what we needed it for, it was absolutely fine! Room was dark and the window looked out into a space between another building and was covered in pigeon poo so not a view exactly. The shower and toilet were great. The kettle had seen better days. Beds were squeaky but comfy.
