Our Reem Hotel room was very clean. Staff was helpful as we dropped off our luggage as we arrived before 2:00 check in time. Location was safe and quiet, it was a 12 minute walk to Portabello Market.
Really lovely welcome, lovely room with a/c, good location within easy walking distance to two tube stations. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Good value.

Lovely recently renovated hotel. Great location, quiet and only about 5 mins walk from Bayswater tube station. Reception were friendly and efficient
Rooms clean and well decorated with large comfortable bed. Rooms themselves are not large so if you have many large suitcases you will struggle for space. However, rooms are lovely with tea and coffee making facilities. Bathrooms small but large shower with good pressure and plenty of hot water. There is a lift which is great. Would definitely stay here again
Staff and location were great. Room was clean and sufficient. The only thing to be aware of which I wish was more evident in the hotel description, there are stairs everywhere! Stairs to the reception and on each floor. Yes, there is an elevator but there are multi-levels to each floor. So if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, you’re going to be carrying it up/down stairs.
This property is newly renovated. The staff go out of their way to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. I was in a room in the basement level, which I hesitated at first, but it was very secure and quiet. Great hotel in an area close to Notting Hill, the Quensway and Westbourne Grove. Close to subway (Notting Hill Gate) and (Bayswater) and bus routes. Very easy to get around. Right near Kensington Palace and gardens.

Very convinient location and clean room. Very polite staff. Only downside was the small size of the room. However, we spent most of our day outside so was a good fit for what we wre looking for. Would stay again.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. While other reviews said the room was small, I was actually surprised by how spacious it was. It had everything we needed and it was in a beautiful area. The duvet was a little thin and there were only two pillows on a double bed. But for the price I felt it was great value for money. Ideal for a weekend break or a night in the city.
Excellent hotel, clean, quiet but small space in room and bathroom. I stayed in the 2 twin beds room. Small space in bathroom impedes the door opening or closing. There is no place to put a toiletries bag. There is tea in the room, a small wardrobe, but no place to place an ironing board if you need to iron a shirt or something. It is walking distance to train stations and bus stops. It was not possible for me to get an uber or bolt to pick me up from here, had to walk with luggage.
Beautiful area of town, safe and quiet. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. Some mild sewage odors in the elevator and third floor hallway, but the rooms are otherwise spotless and tastefully decorated. Rooms are VERY small but it is London. If you are bigger than 6 ft, you may have a hard time here.
The hotel is well located, clean and recently renovated. But, the room is so small that it ceased to be functional. The WIFI dropped all the time, even during the low traffic period in the day time when people are out and about. The coffee packs were never refilled during my stay of 3 nights. The room was not ready when I arrived after the check-in time. If you are booking for a single room, make sure it is not in the basement, as not only it feels like in a cave, but also not safe as the steps to the bathroom are literal at your bedside. Despite a very quiet location, the noise of the water / waste pipe whenever your neighbors use the bathroom will wake you up deep into the night. I will stay at this area again but definitely not at this hotel.
Reem Hotel is brilliantly located, safe, secure, friendly and helpful staff. I would stay again.

Good. Great location. Lovely view over gardens. Not so good. Room very hard to move about in. Very hot, heated mirror in bathroom heated the whole room. Bed hard, 1 thin flaccid pillow per person
What a terrific hotel - rooms were great and staff was incredibly helpful and patient. Perfect location as well - not too crowded, not too sparse - lots of stuff within walking distance. Will stay there again next time I’m in London.
