We had a great stay! Friendly and helpful staff. Great location and within walking distance of a lot of things. The only complaint I have is one of the elevators was out and the other elevator was very slow. Other than that, we had a great experience.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
Bar and restaurant area were staffed by only person, although he was amazing the staffing was poor. The valet system and employees working it were rude and completely unorganized making the entire process disjointed and terrible.
