「This hotel is very conveniently located on the beach in the middle of town. There is a good beach-side restaurant connected to the hotel. Security staff makes sure parking is available and property is safe in the evenings. 」

「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「Unprofessional front desk clerk. Leo’s stalking cars running people information through NCIC database for no reason. Leo’s driving through parking lot with no lights on at all almost causing an accident. At 9:30 pm-10:30 pm this happened on 2/26/2026. All around poor experience. I should not receive a call asking who I pissed off due to fact my info was ran more than 10 times in the short span of 4 days. Do better. 」

「I had to cancel our reservation, before check-in. The property told me there were no refunds per Expedia policy. I have a message from the property stating this. Expedia claims they tried to negotiate a refund and the property refused. Someone is lying!!! I'll never utilize Expedia or Hilton hotels again!!!」
