「It was a great experience. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk to the beach, a wonderful location to see the sunrise. The room was clean and equipped with everything needed. The front desk, Jennifer as I remember, was very helpful. She waited for our late check-in and got everything ready. When we needed a kettle, she didn’t bother to find one for us even though it was time to go home. We feel so sorry that we forgot to leave tips before we checked out. 「We ate our meals at Heaton's, the hotel restaurant. The food was very good. The service was a little slow, but eating outside, overlooking the ocean, made it not bad. The room was spacious and clean. The coffee they serve in the lobby in the morning is excellent. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay.」

「Stay away from this place. The hotel has not been maintained in years and is in total decay. The beds were OK but the room was in bad condition. Not enough water pressure, no reliable internet, the soap hand dispensers had smudges bad enough to make you feel uncomfortable touching them. The bathroom door was used as a punching bag by a previous customer and had been poorly repaired. The toilet seat was not clean (disgusting) and there was dried blood on the wall. I had paid for three nights but...
