"The set up was so cute. There were a variety of rooms and while outdated everything was clean. The waterpark it is attached to was so fun (we got a free entry for each person on our trip). It was a little loud at night with the live music and the ice machines didn’t work our entire stay but those are minor. A quick walk to the beach or restaurants. Would 100% stay here again"

"This property , while decent, is not at a 4-star level. Basic is how I would describe it. The photos are quite miss leading. You can tell this is a very old property and it’s been tried to be dressed up a bit with some paint but that’s about it. The lobby is quite nice but that aesthetic stops there and doesn’t translate to the rooms. Our room had lots of fruit flies in it or some other little bugs flying around. The bathroom needs gutting as it seems it’s from the 80s with barely any light over the counter. If you are looking for basic this place is fine, but it’s not 4-star level. "

"Ok so honestly.. I had a bad start to this vacation. There was a miscommunication and they checked me into a dirty room. They “cleaned” the room (not well) I was still very upset. I stayed here for a week and no one else had an experience like me. Everyone’s else had a great check in and clean rooms. Even me my friend that came with us. Her room was great. So I think I just got a bad draw.. the price and convenience of this place I will 10/10 recommend!! All staff so friendly, bar and beach staff make you feel like family! Everything is in walking distance ( if you able bodied) Ubers are cheap and there is an easy trolly. Hotel provides laundry soap, dish soap and other reins you might need. Having a kitchen is a huge money saver for a family vacation. Great place to stay! I do recommend "

"The place had some nice touches such as champagne toast upon arrival and the tastings on some of the nights at the neighboring property. The pools were nice and the food and drink were very good. I was disappointed in the room itself. I felt it was not up to the standards for the price charged. It seemed run down and dingy with stains on the walls and cabinets. The shower head was partially clogged, resulting in very slow water flow. The bed was too small (my mistake for thinking a double would be the same as queen). The balcony was not really a usable balcony but a stepout. It was very narrow, fitting a chair however not room for your legs unless you turned the chair sideways. Overall it was a nice stay, but the room was not what was expected. Went exploring other properties that were in the same price range and they looked more upscale than this one. Would try someplace else next time."
