"Everything in the room was brand new and well maintained. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night of sleep. As other reviewers have mentioned, there is a gap between the blinds and the window frame. However, it did not provide a view to the bathroom or bed area. Staff could be seen daily sweeping and mopping exterior walkways. There was an area in the courtyard that was still under reconstruction from hurricane damage, but it did not take away from the overall beauty of the property. Nightly entertainment at Jimmy B’s was an added bonus. I will definitely return for future stays."

"Great view of the beach and water. The beds were comfortable. The pools were excellent. Great service at check-in and check-out. Justin was very informative with information for me at check-out. The pool house service was great for towels, beach chairs and water. It was great having Sloppy Joes as a restaurant. We had Melissa for breakfast and lunch on different occasions. She is very friendly and a great addition to the wait staff. It was a great week with the weather and the resort. Definitely want to return one day "

"Very nice hotel. It is not on the beach. They have a golf cart that will shuttle you to beach. They need another cart or two to better accommodate guests Staff was great. Room clean and quality linens. On site restaurant are very good. Bathroom was open to bedroom. Privacy screen would be nice. I would go back. Beach in area is very good. And plenty of local restaurants to choose from. Rooftop bar was nice too"

"No beach view, room was so dirty and disgusting the two nights I stayed with my daughter we didn’t take a shower and we used bottle water for brushing teeth. When u closed door to room from rest of area you literally felt like in a jail cell. 48 per night resort fee and didn’t even get a beach chair, covered a beach towel that machine was broken and doubt anything clean Tons of construction and had to walk all around resort to try to get to beach,pools were okay but hot tub nasty and no lights around property at night. Food very over priced and not even guide zs m"

"Rumfish was beautiful, we had an ocean view villa with balcony. The staff was friendly, service amazing, and our experience couldn't have beeb better. We will definitely be back."

"I got a bad taste from this trip because I was hit with a $55 per night for amenities and $25 to park a car. After paying this most of the activities we had to pay extra for. It was difficult to get down from the room limited elevators and a long confusing walk to the stairs. "

"Very enjoyable stay! Staff were cheerful and enthusiastic😊 had interesting situation with the room lighting one night couldn’t shut lights off in the kitchen room and the next night lights over the bed wouldn’t shut off!!! Made sleeping interesting😅 run runner staff made great drinks and food was good. All in all beach pool and location made for a great time! Bus to John’s Pass was great! Rides from Rum Runner to the Beach and umbrella and chair set ups would be great!! All in all we hope to see you next year probably January or February !!! Thanks for everything!! "

"Stayed 2 nights. Room was big enough and had chairs outside room. Bathroom had awkward by bedroom. Very clean. Staff not very friendly especially the lady who checked us in. Room key would not work so I immediately went back only to find her locking up. She was not happy about having to go back in. It then took her forever how to figure out how to make a new key. It was only 4 pm. isn’t that normal check in time? The office was then closed up. The next day about noon I asked a maintenance man how do I access the ice machine and all those brochures and maybe even the book exchange. He then located someone and I was allowed about 3 minutes and then it was all locked up again. Strange. Oh and if you’re a smoker, it is only allowed in the parking lot by your vehicle. It is a long walk to get to the water and there is a 5 ft cliff of sand but if you walk left a bit you can get down easier. Beautiful protected beach and clean property."
