"Amy at the front was great, super kind and accommodating. The interior and exterior are immaculate. But unfortunately the light in my room kept turning on, on its own accord no matter how many times I turned it off. The lock on the front door wouldn’t lock behind me until it decided to, and getting into the room was difficult. The keypad would take 4-5 tries before it would decide to acknowledge the buttons I was pressing in the correct order each time. It would time out. There’s 4 locks on the door but the ones that work weren’t pointed out to me, which are metal latches at the top and bottom but the typical locks on the handle aren’t functional. I genuinely feel for this price, we could’ve done better and I truly feel this place is amazing and I would return if these issues were fixed. I don’t want to discredit this place, it’s truly one step away from being phenomenal but some money needs to be put into maintenance. Thank you so much for my stay, I look forward to coming back if you take the time to read this and make these changes. Wish you all the best, you have amazing staff working at the front. So accommodating and kind. Would truly do anything for the patrons at the hotel"

"rude staff, TV didn’t work, wet, carpet, stains on the ceiling, lights didn’t work, no charger ports in the lamp, the TV didn’t work, and super rude front desk lady almost didn’t let us check in because we had the wrong name on the booking online even though I literally had a confirmation email and my ID and credit card will never be back "
