「Super The best hotel in our trip to the California」

「Nice experience. Room is clean, queit, staff are friendly and the best shower experience in CA.」

「1. I stayed at this place for two days, the room and environment really look very nice but my room really smelt bad and remained for the whole two days. Every time I entered the room, even though I have opened the window. (kind of kitchen smell) 2. I’ve got an electric car which uses J1772 car charger but the facility’s J1772 is only available at handicapped parking space. Really annoying 」

「The front desk was just doing her job, not so friendly to me. The corridor of 2nd floor is replacing the wall paper, not bother me but just feel odds. The room is clean and the breakfast is good, but no so many guests, I think is because of the location of this hotel.」

「The only drawback is lack of the convenient public transport, otherwise it would be perfect if you drive. Welcoming staffs, clean and large room comparing with hotels in downtown, etc. Although the price is not the cheapest in this area, you'll definitely feel it's worth every penny.」

「I just checked my credit card statement and there is USD20 dollar charge to my room, may I know how I can get what is being charged and how to refund ? The hotel said everything is fine when I check out and not mentioned any extra charge.」
