"Clean room, friendly staff, and breakfast included! It could use some repairs here and there but for the location, amenities, and price, this is our new go-to hotel whenever we come back to this area. Check-out is at noon which I love, something about having that extra hour is just nice to have lol! We stayed one night for a Rob Zombie/Marilyn Manson concert at the Toyota Pavilion at Concord, lots of other people there for same reason so we thought that was cool. The hotel is right by Jack in the box, you just walk across the parking area. Starbucks is across the street. There is a little market called Poppy available all within the same block. The a/c was nice I like it to be around 68-70 and it maintained it very well. The beds not great but ok for a night or 2. Breakfast selection; eggs, sausage patties, potatoes, waffles, toast and bagels oh and also cereal and juice machine."

"Stayed two nights. First night was on the 1st floor with a pool view. Everything was clean, staff was welcoming. Second night we booked a room with a courtyard view. Check in was slow, employee possibly named Sonia didn't seem to know what she was doing. Didn't give me a choice of first or second floor. Got in thd elevator and the keys didn't work. Went back and got in thr long line with 3 other guest who's keys didn't work. Finaly made it the room and the courtyard view was a a corner view of the building and trees the room had an odor. Noticed it in the hallway as well. Parking not great and they charge $15 a day. The garage was filled with vehicles from a nearby dealership on Monday morning and busy coming in and out."

"I love love LOVE this hotel! Amenities were so thoughtful! An electric teapot, a nightlight in the bathroom, etc. Just really love the character of the hotel, location, everything~"

"Property is at a good location. Has restaurant on site. We stayed there 7 nights and had the room cleaned twice. Both times room was NOT vacuumed nor dusted. 2nd time they didn’t leave new towels."
