Holiday Inn Express & Suites Napa American Canyon by IHG

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Napa American Canyon by IHG

8/10 Good
"The hotel was fine but we did have an issue with a few ants in the bathroom. Other than that the room was comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly, responsive and helpful. There’s a nice pug park across the street, great if you have kids and a great place to walk. The coffee and breakfast were very nice. There was a gym, pool and hot tub, but we didn’t use them. American Canyon is at the bottom of Napa Valley. Driving up the valley was pretty quick and easy."

"Air conditioning on my floor was not working. Very stuffy/humid in the hallways but ac worked in my room so I was happy. The pictures online show a microwave was provided, however upon checking in the front desk told me my room did not have a microwave. I was disappointed and felt that was false advertising."
