「Staff was awesome, the room was very clean and smelled good. Parking was close to room, and neighborhood was quiet at night. The only downfall to this room was the mattress was very uncomfortable (hard) 」

「The lobby and the room both very clean and comfortable, we reserved 4 different Best western plus hotels during this trip to CA, I believe this one is the best one of our reservations.」

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」

「A very large, clean room with basic amenities: refrigerator and microwave. No coffeemaker nor a hair dryer. The area of town is very convenient to a grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants, all within a 5 min walk. The staff is very congenial. My arrival and check-in time was late, after 11 pm. The office personnel was friendly and welcoming, esp given the late hour. I will happily book a stay here again. 」

「燈光太暗，飯店老舊缺乏維護。感覺附近治安不佳，有些異常的人在大廳走動但是沒有警衛保護住宿的安全。吧台餐廳的食物很糟，冷凍食物。」
