「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In...

「The room was clean, though it had a faint stale odor and the toilet seat looked "over used". But floors were spotless and the bed sheets were crisp. There was some later night conversations from other guests that probably should have been taken inside rather than had on the walk way outside for all to hear. Parking was easy, pretty much drive to your room door within the gated area (nice). The hotel staff was very helpful and polite. 」

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」
