「We encountered a rude and rude receptionist. After we checked out that day, we left our luggage at the hotel in the afternoon. When we came back to collect our luggage at four o'clock, we wanted to use the bathroom. The front desk clerk said in a very stiff tone: No! There are no public toilets, you have to use the ones in your room. We just checked out at noon and immediately fell out. This hotel actually does not have a toilet in the lobby (they do have one, but the door is locked). In...

「The staff were warm and welcoming. They were doing renovations during our stay and the spa was being fixed but overall the place is gorgeous with all the indoor plants and creek. The rooms were clean and we had a cute view of the airport. The complimentary breakfast was pretty awful but I heard that the restaurant wasnt bad. We just decided to eat elsewhere during our stay. 」

「This is a brand new hotel. The rooms are nicely appointed and very clean. The service was impeccable and they have a nice bar in the lobby for afternoon cocktails. Great hotel.」

「Our stay was fantastic. Clean, nice rooms. Big nice TV. Free water which is always appreciated. Only complaint was one of the rooms smelled of cigarettes. They did offer to move our room. Great service. 」

「This is the worst hotel, pls don’t book them from Expedia, I searched walnut, the walnut shown Walnut Creek to me, so I booked them, but I found it is wrong when I double checked, called them and left many messages for them, nobody answered, and I asked Expedia to negotiate with them, this hotel still didn’t intend to refund my money, so this hotel is really scammed 」
