Our experience at the hotel was good. It’s a bare minimum hotel which is fine for a business trip. Our only problem was with housekeeping entering our room even though we had a do not disturb sign on the door.

The room was ok, but the floors (room and bathroom) were filthy. I asked the front desk attendant to please send someone to clean the floors. They sent someone to clean the room but they did not clean the floors. Shower walls were also dirty. Microwave did not work properly.

Room was clean but the floor was dirty, my bare feet were black after 15 minutes of walking around the room. The tv signal was lost after 10 minutes of view time. The AC was good. The toilet would not flush, it had a strange plastic apparatus under the lid that seemed cheap. I told the manager during check out, he said he would check it out. For $109 bucks I was under whelmed

I loved everything about this place more than fair price for the room and it’s truly an introverts dream stay due to the check in/out process. Either way it’s a nice hotel to be at if you are in need of a place in or near Pleasant hill I couldn’t fathom a reason why you wouldn’t go here!
